It's the connecter with the red dot.

Okay this is what is happening, when the car is turned off, something turns on inside the car, sounds like from behind the HVAC controls, makes a funny whiny noise, but when i unplug it, the sound disappears and my battery stays alive. So has anyone had a similer problem?

I do know that the ECUs in these are shit and need re-capped, mine has shown no signs yet (I've replaced one before).

The one with the red dot is the connector for both solenoids, so that doesn't help much. Both solenoids are driven by the ECU. Unplugging the connector disconnects both the power and controls lines. If there was a short in the driver for one of those solenoids on the ECU is might cause funny behavour.

Get out your multimeter and wiring diagrams, set the meter to 10A current range and start measuring to find out where the short is. With the car turned off you shouldn't have any current flowing through these. In fact with the car turned off there shouldn't even be any power going to these. They get power from the MPI relay which should be off unless the ignition switch in in run or start.
