I started my car two days ago in the morning whenthe belt fell of pulley in my driveway , i have the belt ready for installation . My problem is how do you loose the alternator -water pump belt, i know there is a small bolt and a lond one perpendicular to it which one goes first . then i tried to remove the belt running across a problem that there is no clearance big enough between the pulley under the water pump pulley and I can not get the belt off from it is there .Need to start driving it again , any help is appreciated .

Loosen the short one first and then the long one. Once you get it out a few turns, you can unhook it from the backing and then move the alternator up with your hand. BTW, which pulley fell off?

It fell off the alternator
after that to move the alternator there are two bolts one short and one going perpendicural to it. No torque wrench will fit, and my regular 12mm wrench isnt powerfull enough to move it , how do you do it ?????? Second i noticed that the belt is stucked under the third pulley under the water pump , the pulley is so big that there is no space between the body and the
engine to get the belt out . and it lools like its wide enough with space for two belts where is the other one ???

If you get at the small one on the side first, the long will be easier to take out. Maybe try some wd-40 or pb blaster to loosen it. As for the pulley, I usually loosen the engine mounts (make sure your engine is supported underneath). Then I use a breaker bar and wedge it between the mount and the body and shift the motor over a 1/2 inch. It's usually enough to get the water pump pulleys out.
