I have a 92 TSI with a 6 bolt and my car loabs real bad like it has aftermarket cams but they are stock. I know there is air leaking somwhere around the tb but cant stop/find it. I replaced my biss o-ring and my tb shaft seals and new both tb gaskets. I checked the egr valve gaskit and it was not bown out. Is there a gaskit or o-ring I missed on the tb somwhere? It acts just like when you vent the bov to atmosphere but mine is recirculated. It is running insanely rich, it turns my driveway black where the car sits and the exhaust poors black smoke out. It idle really low also. Any advise is helpfull.

It sounds like the air is escaping around the tps. I put brand new tb shaft seals in and shouldn't that have fixed it? I used the napa ones that you discard the metal rings after installed. Is it possible that the o-ring on the tps is leaking? Or is it never going to stop leaking? I can hear the air escaping even at idle. Please help. My gas milage sucks!
