Thank you for giving me the knowledge to fix my motor mount! I have this broken front mount that I was gonna have to have welded back together. No one wanted to even touch it. Nick told me about a racing team that had the same problem, so to fix it they used the bell housing bolt hole and drilled a hole through the upper half of the front motor mount bracket. Attach the bracket to the bell housing and your done! Its nice having the abilty to launch again :D :thumb: Im sooo happy now. I got my wheel bearing fixed (thank you Nick) and now my motor is solid. Suddenly its not such a POS. ;) :p

Cool I'm glad it worked for you, it's a lot easier than brazing the tabs on block or pulling the motor.
For anyone that isn't clear the tabs that the motor bolt into on the block ripped out, leaving flush cast iron.
Mike Welch gave me this idea years ago when I tore mine out.
