Turbo Engine Problem Need Help Bad!!!!!!!

I HAVE NO clue what is up with my engine, when im going in first and sometimes in second ill step on the gas and the turbo kicks in but it just boggs down, it doesnt pick up speed like it should be, i do still have the stock turbo in there, i got a 99 gst spyder. anyone out there please help me out,

My car bogs when it runs too rich in boost. Hope that may help you a bit.
