Whacky 02 voltage, ruff start and idle, never changing fuel trims??

Ok my cars mods:manual 94 talon N/T-turbo conversion, 14b, 2.5" intercooler piping, 2.5" exhaust, 90 ECU, 255 fuel pump, FPR, 450cc's, 2g MAF, 2g pistons and i think thats it (check profile). Using PocketLogger software. 13psi of boost. 93 octane.
My problem: When i start my car after it has been sitting longer then 20 minutes (get's worse longer it sits) It starts fine but it like chugs its way up to idle. Also if i take off without letting it completely warm up the A/F gauge will peg in rich and my car will hesitate badly and my knock skyrockets. Ive seen 02 voltages go from 0. to 1.00v! My 02 sensor is new and it still cycles at idle. When i am just crusing and a little bit on the gas (before its completely warm) its like im flooring it and it stays in the rich side. When im just crusing around the voltages go from about .75 - 1.00v! If i WOT when its warm it will start at about .96 then drop to .84. Remind you this is a 90 ECU. I leave black makrs on the cement from all the extra fuel that is being dumped out when i start my car! I am getting horrible gas meilage. Also when its warm and i step on it to boost it will kind of hesitate then BAMB boost kicks in like the throttle has to..catch up to it. Also i dont make full boost untill about 3600rpms. No cracks in turbo or mani?

What i've done: I've replaced the ECU coolant temp sensor, replaced 02 sensor, plugs, wires. Checked for boost leaks....there's a pin hole at the BOV flange. Also its leaks a lot of pressure somewhere around my TB. We just thought because the throttle plate never completely closes because of idle purposes. The leak obviuosly got bigger and louder as the throttle was opened. My EGT's rise fast but i run soo much fuel? I get no knock at boost but usually alot when i first take off in 1st gear then randomly while crusing. Goo isn't running out of my knock sensor (doesnt come off on my finger and not on block)

Can someone give me some ideas?? Sorry its soo long and thanks in advance.
 
Mine is doing the same thing exept mine tries to die when coasting or on the brakes and my 02 trim goes to 167% when decelerating coasting and braking. I get random knock also and richening it up has no effect. At idle it idles at about 500 rpms and after you rev it up it dies. It also backfires and pops when coasting. Let me know if you figure anything out.
 
Lately my car also seems to have a bit of weird idle when started up hot but it don't stall.
I also do have the knock off idle bad sometimes and it really slows my car down off the line.No way its real knock as car is not even in boost.Its called phantom knock on the boards and you can search and find out many ideas on how to get rid of it.The surest way though seems to be thru programming and I have just got an eprom ecu with phantom knock elimination code and hoping that does the trick.
Other ideas on the cause of phantom knock are bad knock sensor.I have a new one to install but haven't yet they put it in a stupid place.Some have gotten rid of it with
new lifters.

Anyway I have replaced near everything in my car already.New coilpack,new power transistor,new alt,battery,wires ,plugs,fuel filter,injectors ,fuel pump,afpr.I haven't replaced my stock ecu for another couple of days and think some of my wierd and similar problems to yours are due to fubared leaking cap ecu.I have never even taken it out.

I have a new knock sencor so its not that. I found some boost leaks. tb nipple, somwhere around the tb (have not found yet) bov vacume line. Just fixing the two made my o2 trim go from 167% to 125%. I can hear a hissing noise around the tb when just idling but, cant pin point it. I think it is leaking around the egr valve. I will try again tomarrow, I tested at 20psi. Put new tb gaskits on with no change also. I have a new batt, new alternater, ecu, plugs, wires coil pack ext. I have not changed the igniter yet. What else can you have programed into the ecu? Who did it? I had Steve fix my ecu on this site. I wonder if he could sockit mine and eliminate phantom knock for me and mabey some other cool s###?
 
My trims also stick at 100% but my 02 trim is always below atleast 80 and goes to 0 sometimes. I found out my wastegate was stuck open so that was my slow boosting problem. When i start my car in the morning its like im boosting the whole time i thinks im WOT or something because it dumps SOO much fuel. I replaced the coolant temp sensor and it did nothing. I mean i literally cant go anywhere untill it is completely warm or it will shoot up to to the rich side (almost 1.00v sometimes) and the knock will just skyrocket and not go down. In turn i cant go anywhere. One time i had to f-ing pull over and sit there because i couldnt go over like 10 mph!! Ive had my ECU you out a few times and it doesnt look like the caps are leaking or if anything is burnt. But that was a few months ago so they could just start leaking? Also my TPS will bounce between 92-99% when i WOT? Is this saying i need a new one?q
 
I took apart my tb today and my tb shaft seals were toast. That apears to be the problem. Also my 02 sencor was not sealing like a 1/4 inch gap so, that might have effected my trims also? I will let you know after Thursday how it runs. What does your tps sencor say at idle? It should be at 10% and stay there for a 1g.
 
I havent checked my TB seals because i dont want to take the damn thing all apart. Do you know the part number for the seals for Autozone or another parts store? My TPS reads 9% at idle but somtimes bounces to 8%. Also its NEVER at 100% when i go WOT. It will be at like 92-99% and yes it bounces between them so yes i have a bad one. I dont have the time :cry:

You could also go to a auto parts store and buy two asortment rubber o-ring packs and use the corect ones but, you need two packs cause there is only one of each size and you need two for the tb.
