Whenever I get up on the gas in my 90 eclipse GSX, the car makes a ticking sound all the way up to 4,200 rpm (although it does accelerate well to this point) but after 4,200 rpm, it's like the car is running on a Briggs and Stratton lawn mower engine. It holds a steady 10 psi. of boost, but it can't get out of its own way. I know that there are some hair line cracks in the exhaust manifold and a leak between the manifold and the head (probably a blown gasket) but i'm not sure that this is a big enough problem to cause such significant power loss. Cars in the paint booth now (i.e. the plastic covered half of my garage), but I want to diagnose the problem before I get back to working on it, I just hope it's not the head gasket. Thanks in advance for any insight.

BTW, the car hits nearly 150 psi. in all cylinders (around 120 in pistons 2 & 3)
