I was replacing my fuel filter the other day, because I figured it had never been done. I was trying to remove the bottom fitting on the filter and slipped
The damn line twisted and pinched shut. I went ahead and used a pipe cutter to cut the fuel line and take out the twisted section. I replaced it with some rubber fuel line hose and put hose clamps at both ends. Is this going to be ok and hold up?? I've had no leaks since then and I've got on it a couple of times. Should I be ok or should i replace it with a hard line?
