I can boost above 2 psi...

And I dont think its leaking because its not running rich (It wont fall on its face like it should)...

I taped off the bov thinking that was it, but its not. And I know the turbo is boosting because the BOV blows off alot of air when it opens.

Anyone have any suggustions?

Vaccum is -15psi at idle
BOV - Greddy Type-S
Turbo - t28

check your Wastegate actuator, make sure the arm is connected correctly to the turbo, if it is not the turbo will not be able to spool beyond 2psi. had the same problem when i put my 16g back in and forgot to attach wastegate arm.

Yeah, thats what I thought was wrong too. It looks like its hooked up right, so I thought maybe the lever the arm pushes got disconnected or something. I took out the actuator and let the car idle- and moved the lever back and forth. The idle was real choppy when I opened the wategate (all the way right) and then smoothed out like it should when it was all the way left, exactly where the wastegate actuator holds it.

Could my throttle body be stuck maybe? So its only allowing a certain amount of air into the intake manfold...? I cant think of many reasons why I wouldnt be running rich...

you checked all the i/c pipes to make sure they were tight? might've blown one off (even if it doesn't look like it). i've done that a few times and it'll run okay until i start boosting and then it blows it out. when it hits vacuum, it'd suck it back in and run just fine. only other thing i can think of.

i checked them over, but I havent presurized the system. When I had my GST and I blew a pipe it would drive ok till 3000ish then fall on its face and want to stall. This car drives like a N/A. No hesitation at all through any of the gears. Could it be something with the throttle body? Cause I know the turbos spooling ok, and if its not leaking to the environment somehwere, it either has to be a horrible BOV or a restriction somewhere in the intake system.
