There's a new noise that sounds like a bird or a cricket chirping and it's coming from where the passenger's feet would be. It just popped up a day or two ago and it's not constant, any ideas as to what this might be? Also, it stays the same.. The RPM or speed of the car doesn't change it at all. Any help is appreciated...

your fan motor is there for inside air/heat
it may be going out?

Hmm... that is an interesting theory. Next time I hear it I'll turn the fan off and see what happens.
I'm paranoid about noises like that which I don't normally hear. This came up a couple days after changing my timing belt which made my car sound like it had an electric motor. Probably from the cover rubbing on it, I'll find out this weekend. Thanks for the tip...

Nice one man, you were right. Soon as I heard it I flipped my fan off and what do you know.... No more noise. Now I just wish they didn't cost $80. Thanks!
