leaky fuel line by pump

i have recently switched tanks on my 2 dsm's and they both wont run for the same reason. they leak where the line was disconnected to remove the tanks the talon srpays while the laser drips. it is the the rubber to metal line connection to the left if your looking at it

How rusted is the line?
It's not uncommon to rupture the hard line when changing pumps. Is it leaking from the line or the fitting?
