Wierd crazy problem with CEL

Thought it was hot start but It Has to be something else

I have this wierd crazy problem happening to my car now Its been doing this every since I started to raise the boost in my car. When I first start it up in the morning it runs fine then if I shut it off and come back to it before 3 hours it will start and seem like its on 3cylinders. It started to do this for like 1 or 2 mins but its just getting worse and worse I let the car sit for over 45 mins and it stayed teh same with the CEL on. It seems as if the car is on like 3 cylinders because of the shaking. TOday I drove it with the cel on for like 1hour to see if it would go away but it didn't it just kept shaking and there's a big lose of power. But now if I let it sit for a couple of hours it will be fine until I turn it off for like 30 mins. THe plugs and wires are new so I don't think thats the problem [/SIZE] [/SIZE] what else could it be.

do you have a datalogger? if not take it somewhere and hook it up to a diagnostic computer and see what cel you are tripping. that will tell you you were your problem lies

Yea do u think auto zone or anything would be able to tell

My car used to do the exact same thing, to the T. then one day it just quit doing it and hasnt ever even fluttered once since. I dont know what it was but it was irritating as hell. When you do figure that out please post it so I can look at that area aswell. Thank you and good luck!

Its a 93 awd auto

My ECU was recapped a couple of months ago I noticed now that it goes away when the temperature guage is all the way down.

It also has a loud tick kinda like lifter tick and it sounds like there's a big exaust leak when this happens
