I just got done replacing the clutch and flywheel tonight. Every things back together right. Checked and double checked. I got power, everything works, but the starter wont even turn over. Not one sound. I heard of some anti theft device that needs an activation code, but whats that about? I checked the fuse panenl and i got a fuse for anti-theft. Some one please help.

if the car has an alarm, then there will be a switch and a button hidding somewhere(mostlikely under the dash), you have to push and hold the button and then switch the ignition ON

I mean the stock anti theft alarm. Also does the starter negative cable have to be on one of the two bolts that hold it to the transaxle specifically or is either one ok?

Come on guys. I need some help here. When i turn the ignition key all power is on but i think the starter is making this clicking noise. Not like its turning but like just the noise. There is 3-4 clicks then nothing, but when i turn the ignition key back off it clicks 3-4 more times then nothing. Is my starter gone? I don't wanna have to replace the starter if i don't have too. :talon:
