Might have gotten particles of the plastic spacers under injectors into head....

I'v been doing some injector swapping and when I pulled out the old 450s I noticed the original plastic spacers were falling apart and some pieces had fallen into the head where the injectors slide in. I got out all that I could see, but Im sure there some more in there. What will happen if I don't get it out and what can I do to get it out. Any help would be appreciated.

I would expect any loose rubber from the insulators to burn right up the first time you started the car. You could always vacuum out the intake and cyls if your are worried about it. Just attach a drink straw to your vacuum cleaner with duct tape and stick it down where the injector and spark plugs go.

I go along with the idea that they'll be passed without harm. If they were small enough to make it into the intakes, they'll be blown on out the exhaust and through the turbine, and maybe get caught in the cataclysmic diverter. Where they'll last about a half-mile.

There could be something freakish with the turbo, but you could hit the Lotto, too.

I think the Lotto would come in, first.
