k i cant find any problems with the car aside from the fact i know my base fuel pressure is hideously high (braided inlet line and 255lph and stock FPR) and from what i know there is no vacuum or boost leaks

nothing else with the car seems wrong and when i get on it its not like something is wrong but the power is just not there like it should be, the car is running very very slow

does anyone have any ideas why it would be so slow??? like what are some major things that could be wrong, i am running a cutout on the stock exhaust btw

you answered your own question. since your fuel pressure is so high your are running too rich and making your car slow. the stock FPR won't cut it. and will be very difficult to tune. you probably need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to bring that fuel pressure back in check if your gonna run the 255 pump.
