2 mechanics looked..car still doesnt spark!

I have a 1990 laser, no turbo. The ecu, power transitior, and coil pack have been replaced. Cam position sensor is the only thing left. No code shows up for the cam sensor. Autozone wants 440 for that part. Before i go off and replace this part,,,,, is there anything that i am over looking????? Please help me. ANY thoughts you have would be sooo helpful right now. Thank you for your time!

dont go to autozone for that!!!get it on the trader or ebay.check all your wires,plugs,connections,and all the things that connect to the ignition system.and check the fuses and the fusible links on the positive battery terminal.

I will probably ebay it. Do you know if the turbo models will work on a 2.0 non turbo like mine? The computer shows NO codes. Just tells me everything is working fine. Is it true that is i take the cas off that i have to re-do the timing? Thanks
