Ok so I pick up a Laser RS-T, all stock under the motor on tues, Tues later the in evening I'm driving, Stop at a buddies and i'm leaking coolant(little hose), no problem, on the way home I stop and pick up an appilcation, Then when i come out its smoking bad, Then the temp starts to rise, So I get it home(it never got in the red) just bascially got on the last line on my road, and my idle was going up and down before i turned it off last night, So today i get a new hose, crank it and it goes up to 2200 or so, then drops back down to like 1100ish and goes up and down ?

What do you think it could be ? I mean it drives fine, temp stays dead center, doesn't smoke out the exhaust.

Yeah man, it could very well be your thermostat. I had a problem similar to that only mine was really hard to start on a cold day (when not warmed up). On top of that, I was getting terrible gas mileage, the idle surge b.s. that im still having trouble with (mines like 1000rpm-1400rpm...not as bad as yours seems to be), and when I got it diagnosed, it showed a code for "coolant temp sensor". My problem was not the sensor itself, but the wires going to it were all torn up and out of their protective coating. Check around you wires, adjust the idle screw (never fails!) and reset your ecu. Hopefully that will help. Good luck ;)
