I put a greddy type s with greddy uicp on my car about a week ago. Its recuirculated to the injen intake. I wanted to hook up the second nipple on the bov so i could tune it because everything i read said you could tune it without that other line hooked up. So today i cut the line that goes from the turbo outlet to the bcs and put a t in and ran the other line up to the second nipple on the bov. I take it for a spin and my boost gauge went to over 20 psi and i dont know what is wrong. I though it was set to soft because it was making an awful noise when boosting like a boost leak. So i tried to adjust it using wobbles method and i could turn the screw all the way in or all the way out and the plunger didnt move at all. wtf is going on??? Anyone have any idea why my boost is shooting so high? Please let me know asap.

Um, it sounds like you removed all forms of boost control. When cutting hoses to the BCS, you tend to lose control over your factory boost settings ;). Hook up a mbc to that badboy or reconnect the hose and you should have control of boost once again.

does anyone have a pic they can post or send me of how they ran all their lines for mbc and to the type s second nipple?

The 2nd nipple goes to the fitting on your turbo housing. Then the one end of the MBC goes to a T in the line that is on the top nipple of the BOV. The other line goes to the wast gate nipple. And I have a huge smile on my face from saying NIPPLE! :)

Leave the second nipple open. It's not made to be routed somewhere on our cars on the stock MAS. People say it opens faster because there's a pressure load on the diaphram, it's not really true and can lead to leaking. So just use the top nipple.
