well the other day i was driving and i was accelerating out of the school parking lot my "Engine" fuse blew becides the fact that it was very embarassing that my beautiful car was broken i am stumped on how to fix the problem. I replaced the fuse right away with my Power window fuse because it was the same size. NOTHING. and as i was turning the engine over i never heard the fuel pump turn on very suspicious and we checked the spark plugs for spark and nothing. My friend was the one doing all this work because i had to be to work ASAP and he said that my ECU was smoking or smelled like it was smoking or something to that nature. Please any help and if you need anymore info please post Ohh yeah and this is for a 98 GS Eclipse not the Tsi on my profile.

I have the exact same problem, anyone have any ideas? did you get this fixed dude? My ECM didn't smoke though but i have the same fuse problem. :barf:
