Rebuilt Cylinder Head only 400$????

Hey guys, I bent all my valves on my head. So I was going to have it rebuilt by sending it out. So i was searching the internet for a machine shop that rebuilt heads in my area. And I found this site, and they will sell me my head for 399.99$ rebuilt cams, rockers, springs valves everything. I was a little shocked so i want to check with you guys see if any of you have heard of them. So what do you think should i go for it or can they not be trusted.

yes for that price I have to send in my old head assembled and my car is a 96 GS so 420a
