ok first off im creeping to 17psi which is not good here are my mods
evo3 man
3" 02 housing
3" turboback exhaust
2.5" uicp
apexi bov
hard intake + K&N
and supra sidemount yet to be installed
Ok ya i know what u are thinking of course im getting creep cuz of the 3" everything but how can i fix it? cheaply and easily

And my other problem which is much more odd. i just got done racing my friend and everything was fine, then about a minute later or so when i was driving away my car started to feel like it was misfiring and the rpms would drop from 4000 to 2000 and if i gave it gas it would help a little but it would be half power on and off. So i shut off the car and waited like 2 min and turned it back on and it stopped so i drove for a while and then it started doing it again and if i stopped and let it idle it would idle at like 300 with the check engine light on? im so confused please help?

It comes from a waste gate that doesn't permit enough flow by the turbo. An external gate does fix the problem, not because it is stronger, but that it flows better.

This definition comes from Extreme Motorsports

Boost Creep
A turbocharged car is a positive-feedback system. The faster the turbo's compressor wheel spins, the more horsepower the engine makes. More horsepower means more exhaust gasses are being expelled. The more exhaust that is expelled the faster the turbine (and thus the compressor) wheel spins, and so-on until the engine explodes.

The ECU (sometimes via a boost controller) controls the boost level by opening the wastegate. Boost creep, in which the boost level of your engine continues to rise despite the best efforts of the wastegate, is caused when a fully-open wastegate can't divert enough gasses around the hot-side turbine wheel.

Boost creep can usually be eliminated by porting the wastegate opening and O2 sensor housing or by using an external wastegate. Both of these allow exhaust gasses to vent more efficiently.

ok well im looking at external wastegates but what would i have to do if i got one and what kind would be recomended

I don't have one I'm afriad and I can't help you out. I can't recall what reccomended ones are. Ask around or do a bit of searching the forums and I'm sure you'll find the info your looking for.

try an atmospheric dump o2 housing. haha, not sure the correct name for them, or if they even have one.
