In my quest to determine what the problem is with my power windows (they won't roll down or up or move at all), I removed the passenger side kick panel and found a "Door Control" module (with these numbers stamped on it: MB542409
051500-1410)
I took it out and examined it and it appears to be in great shape. I also noticed when I removed the module, my power locks lost their power. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to have blown something in the module that would cause only the windows to not work? Somebody please help me figure this out! I have no air conditioning and my windows are stuck up in 90 degree heat!!

What was your problem? I wish mine would be as simple as that, but I doubt it. I tried to use the A/C for the first time the other day and nothing happened... since then my windows have not worked. However, everything else seems to still work fine (lights, gauges, cd player, etc) Any ideas?

i actually dont totally remember, something with the top part not connecting good with the bottom part or something, once i opened the switch i knew what it was right away...id at least look into it maybe

Door locks are a separate circuit from windows. Check your fuses, power window relay, and window switches.

Where IS the power window relay?
