Please Help me!!! Last thing Needed to start the car!! GSX Fuel Pump No Power!!!

Ok I dont know if you guys know but I bought this car back on March of this Year and this is what I have so far:

JDM Engine w/ less 45k mi
ACT clutch and pressure plate
Fidanza flywheel
prothane motor mounts

I have everything installed and connected and also boughta new fuel pump since the old one was all rusted.

yesterday I put the gas tank back on along with the fuel pump and pour some gas in, checked again engine bay for proper connections and crancked it. the car did not want to start. My borther works at a Ford dealer and he said that the fuel pump it's not sending fuel to the engine. He got a test light and checked the four wire that are located in the fuel pump assy. this is what happened;

BLACK/WHITE WIRE - NO POWER
the rest are: yellow with dotted red
black
yellow with blue - HAS POWER

I started to strip the car to follow where the BLACK/WHITE Wire goes and also checked the relay and we don't find the problem.

Like I said this is the last thing I need to start the car, Im going crazy and everything

common since and frist thing to check is fuses.if ur not gettin any power to the pump then the problem lies there but dosent mean the fuses r bad.r u sure u didnt cut a wire or a wire might be grounded out some where.
