i started my car, then opened my hood and saw my intake pipe came off, so i turned the car off, reconnected the itnake pipe, then went to start my car again, and now the car wont even crank or turn over? what could have happened in that time to not work?

car makes a weird buzzing/ticking sound coming from the back fo the engine bay, i think its the starter, but its not going to go from working to not working in 3 minutes is it?

all my fuses are fine as far as i know...please help

the starter on 2G's is notorious for not realeasing when you start the car, so it makes that stupid sound as if you held the key too long... similar sound anyway... but yeah, it kills the starter over time... that's what's happening to you... and me... every once in a while the starter will just spin and not catch...
my driveway is on a slant, and i find that if i let it roll a tad then rip up the e-brake, it can help move the starter and let it catch.. or something.. *shrug*.. flicking the key to "start" a few times repeatedly helps it catch for me too.. but you need a new starter me thinkis
