My valves keep on clicking on cold days and hot days

I have this noise in my engine. i just found out that it was my valves that are clicking. I don't know where to go to get them checked and i dont really know what to do. I need some info on this problem.. Its driving me crazy

If it's the lash adjusters that are ticking, you can try using a better oil filter. I use the Puralator Pure One filter and don't get any tick. Also make sure you are using the correct weight of oil. Thicker oil will cause more ticking.
