Ok.. most of you guys are just gonna ask why not just get a 1g IC pipe.. the reason is, because this custom pipe cost me 15 bucks... so. Anyways I got exhaust piping from AutoZone and I had a friend weld it for me together. So the problem is this, I have rubber ends on it so that I can connect the metal to each other, well I went from 10psi to 18psi hardpiping from IC to intake manifold, and from turbo to IC. Well the piping from turbo to IC keeps coming out of the rubber and obviously my car has no boost then and runs bad. So I put the stock plastic box back on with the stock rubber piping, and goes back down to 11psi. So now i take it for a drive and im doing like 35mph and drop it into 2nd gear and the piping from the pipe from my throttle body it blows the rubber off there, so I go home, double hose clamp EVERYTHING and it was working good for a lil bit and my BOV i have venting to the atmosphere and at first when I start driving I have the very loud whistle, and the longer I go, it starts to sound like the turboxs BOV so it sound like there is a leak or something somewhere but when i check all the piping is still on tightly and cant feel any leaks. anyone got any ideas? let me know.

You will definately need to bead the IC pipes. I also built my own IC pipes and tried running them without beads and they just blew off. I put a small bead of weld about 1/4 of an inch from the end of the pipe and ever since I haven't had one problem. There was one spot in particular that was giving me most of the problems before I did the beads, so what I did there was use some RTV sealant before I slid the coupling on the pipe, this ensured that it wouldn't blow off. Here is a link to RRE's site and where they discuss IC pipe beading click here
