Ok, on a 95 turbo DSM are the injector leads both supposed to have power all the time? I know on most cars that one side has power and the other in ground and then the ECU pulses the ground to open the injector. Do our cars work the other way wround? I recently installed a DSMchip and now my car won't start, we've pretty much traced it to the injectors not firing. With an OHM meter on either terminal on plug the voltage doesn't pulse at all, it drops to about 10 while the starter is cranking but stays the same instead of pulsing like one would assume it would. Also, can anyone confirm that on a 2G when the key is turned on, the CEL should illuminate for about 5 seconds then go off to indicate that the ECU is booting properly. Thanks for any help.

Both sides of the injector will appear to have battery voltage on them except during the couple of milliseconds when the ECU actually pulls it's side to ground to fire it. Your not going to see pulses that short with a normal multimeter, you'll need an oscilloscope or some sort of injector testor that triggers a light on the pulse.

Ok thanks then. I already tested the leads with a noid light and it didn't light so I'm pretty sure now that one of the traces is not making a good connection. I've already been in contact with Jeff and this is what he suspects as well. Thanks for your help though.
