If all the teeth are there then just go get some 3M double-sided tape and get to work! I had one looking like that LAST May and still havent finished everything!

Hell, screw that just take a piece of duct tape about the length of the belt and fold it in half. But before folding it in half cut up some crayons to fit the width of your new belt and place them inside to compensate for teeth.
