Help Me Please!!!!!

i have a 1995 Eclipse GS. when i first start the car in the morning and its cold it runs perfect! it accelorates very quickly and shifts great. but once my car gets to the right temprature it starts cutting out, jerking back and forth, sometimes dies, and i have to barely push down the gas (like about an inch) if i push the gas down to much it just sits there and jerks and back fires. dose anybody know what this problem could be? i have replace the whole fuel system (fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel rail, fuel injectors) and ignition system (Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, MSD Ignition Coil) but nothing seams to help the problem. a friend of mine said that it sounds like the O2 sensor is bad. but i dont know if i want to belive him.
so do you guys have any suggestions? please, any thought would be apreshiated.

o2 sensor is likely - ecu uses it after icar warms up. Could also be temp sensor. Sure sounds like some bad sensor that's misleading the ecu though.

For the record, would everyone not use a subject like "Help me please" when making a new post? This does not invite us to look at your post since there are 20+ new ones every day. Use something more descriptive like "Car runs fine cold but dies after warming up". Those who have knowledge in that area are then 1000 times more likely to look at it. We can't look at every post so we judge by what's in the subject line - if too flakey, non-descriptive, or not in our area of knowledge, I guarantee it won't even be looked at by those with the correct answers.
