Having trouble with my pocker logger

When I first bought the program and cable the logger worked great! Now its been a while since I hooked it up and it wont work. Something odd was that my palm desktop was somehow converted back to its original form. So I reloaded the software and now it wont work. I cant get a connection with my car. I plug it in and hit "diagnostic" or the other functions and it just says "please wait" and it wont connect. Can anyone help because I have a CEL. Thanks in advance.

I have no clue, and I hope I am not insulting your intelligence, but have you lost your registration code? Does it say "Unregistered" on the title screen?

Yes it does say unregistered. Since I reinstalled it I cant re-register it for some reason. I put the code in that they emailed me and it wont work.

Then you will have to request a new code from them. They'll do it once for free, but they are going to start charging for it soon. Make sure you use the original e-mail address you bought the logger under and the original user name or they won't sent it to you.

I think its weird because I kept the original email witht he program and ID number and now the number doesnt work. I sent in for a new number yesterday but I havent heard anything back.
