Ok, heres the story. I 1had bought a 95 gst auto a month ago. It had some bent valves. So I replaced the head and timing belt. Started it up and idled really high (at 3000rpms), then the car died. Do to an oil leak comeing from the timming belt auto tensioner(crank sensor had oil on it witch means no spark). Well i have a new tps so i changed it, just because. Then I went to start it again and i have spark but no fuel. Icant get it to run. I checked the fuel pump by putting power right to it from the battery. The pump came on. But the I cant hear the pump when I flick the key on. I dont know what to do next. could I have put the tps on wrong? I searched all over and I couldnt find anything. To me it looked like that was the only way to put the tps. Please help, this is going to be my daily driver and I dont know what to do next. Thank you for your time.

You said you couldn't hear it, but try sticking a volt meter to the pump and see if it gets a reading when you crank it. Also, try your fuses.

also i can hear it when i put derect power to it
