Losing 3/4 Qt. of oil a week....

I have a rebuilt motor with roughly 7K on it. I am experiencing oil lose of just under a qt a week. I did leak oil in the first 2K miles from the dipstick under boost. I used brake clean (non-cholorinated) and hosed the bay down. No oil leaking anymore. I also suffered from a major boost leak and couldnt run over 10psi. I did a pressure test and found the leak. In the process I noticed a small amount of oil in the inlet (amount couldn't cover your pinky). My thoughts are that this is no big deal especially since the dipstick blew out and spewed everywhere, possibly sucked in through the K&N. I had my wife drive behind me and she barely smelled any oil and only saw a faint amount of white smoke during shifts (I run blow thru). Any thoughts on this info is appreciated.
