I just installed a ETA32 turbo, Dejon intake pipe, and a Extreme PSI FMIC. When the install was completed I took it out for a test drive and the system is not producing any boost. I can get to about 5 psi and then the car starts running bad, feels as if I am getting to much fuel. It runs great as long as I am not on the gas. There is one vaccum line coming from the resivoir to the intake that I do not have hooked up to anything, but that is the only thing that I can find wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You've got a major boost leak somewhere. I've had that happen more often than not within my lower I/C pipe set. When that whole air loop is not closed in, you are bound to run pig rich.

If it is a boost leak to help resolve the leak you can use two clamps on each end of the intercooler pipe.. i use t bolt clamps.. i have not had any boost leaks since i put them on. you can find t-bolt clamps at napa.. but you half to becareful because they can get so tight that they will bend the pipe.

I wanted to thank you guys for the help. It did turn out to be two things. First there were two leaks in the intercooler system and second the fuel controler was set for the big 16g that I had in it. I turned the SAFCII down to -30% from 3000 to 7000 rpms now the car is running great.
