My ride is harsh / real harsh. When traversing lanes on the interstate, the lane seperators feel like your in a GO-Kart without suspension. The car has 15's (tires) instead of the stock 16's. Is this worthy of a tire and wheel switch? Or would new struts be the ticket? Yes, I know, check the ball joints too! Appreciate all feedback and suggestions.

More than likely it is not your wheels. If anything, 15's would ride smoother than 16's because you have more sidewall flex on the 15's.

Make sure that the bolts for your suspension haven't seized in the bushings. This is a common problem and will cause a horrible ride.

Remove the wheel, disconnect the strut and make sure the suspension moves freely up and down.
