Idle problem

Ok i've had this weird idle problem that happened when taking off my intake. When i start the car it jumps up to 2000 rpms and drops really slowly to about 1.. normal idle for me was 1100 and when cold 1500 now it's up to about 2000 cold. When i drive the car and coast and throw it in neutral the car idle jumps constatly from 1000-1300 still a complete stop and idles at 1300. After driving it it idles at 1300 to 1500. Anyone have an odd problem like this or know what it might be?

I didint remove my honeycombs nor silencer. I had problems fitting my intake and had to keep moving it a bunch but i dont see how this can cause an idle problem.
