Guys,I've got a problem.I had a new exhaust manifold gasket installed last year. But when I opened the hood today and I manually revved the engine,I could see oil and smoke comming from the right side of the manifold.Near the power steering pump.Whats the deal.

 :talon:

Im having the same problem on my Hyundai.. it's a G4CP/4G63 Sonata engine. It's basically the same as a Non-Turbo 4G63... Right where the exhaust manifold bolts to the head, on the left side, I get a lot of oil. Im also noticing oil out the exhaust when the car idles for a while. Im thinking it may be related, but somebody told me out the exhaust is probably gonna be valve seals.

Nobody else has seen this before?

-Did the dip stick pop out? did you examine the valve cover gasket?
