Ok i guess i'll start with i have a '94 eclipse GS n/t. When the key is turned to "on" or "accessory" none of my power accessories work except for the headlights/taillights ect. When I start the car everything works fine. Car has new battery and i'm assuming the alternator is working since the bat. hasn't gone dead yet and car starts first crank. I should probably also tell you it's doen this since i got it and it was a salvaged vehicle that i rebuilt. Their didn't appeir to be anything wrong the wiring harness when i rebuilt the front end(only damage was to hood, rad. support, and rad. My radio has been wired straight to the bat. since the wiring harness to the radio and everything that went to the radio was taken out before i got it.

I would appreciate all help and i appoligize for the length of the post.

just in case get an alt. test i think it could be possible if acc. work fine after the engine is running (using alt and not just batt.)

Good Luck

I had this problem before i put my radio in, so that would rule out the ground wire. Thanks anyways for the help, i will pull the alt. tonight and have it tested just in case.
