please help! tps again

so i changed my fuel filter, after i get everything back together it misses realy bad when i start coming into boost, it also misses really bad afterwords too, i went to the dealer they sad the tps was bad, so i changed it, i think i adjusted it right but dont know, car still misses under boost, but only if you give it a certain amount of throttle, you can go up to half throttle and it will run fine, but if you try to go to full boost or full throttle it cuts out, but only when coming into boost, so if you floor it at a low rpm it builds rpm fine, then the turbo starts to spool up and it cuts out, i checked the air flow, water tem , changed the plugs, what else? sorry for being long

since no one here knew the best way to set the tps is to use a pocket logger or obd II scanner with real time and move the tps until it puts out 600 millivolts, as told by a mitsu tech localy
