Well the turbo oil cooler pipe sure looks like it's leaking. Check pipe bolt tightness, gasket, or broken pipe itself.

from the turbo oil return line it looks just like a broken gasket

do i need to replace both the axles?

man, those problems are not someting to ask about.Those are problems that all cars tuned or stock get all the time.All u gotta do is replace the bad part ( new boots,new turbo oil line gasket or new oil lines since those are old).Noting to worry about.I wish I had only that kind of shit on my car but o well.My car doesnt realy get any of those.It gets only unknown shit wich most ppl dont know what would it be and tell me to chek whatever comes on their minds and after all I still cant get it fixed but that is how SM: are.
