99 GSX alt. problems

Here are the problems

1. car won't start with out jump
2. the spedo dosent work
3. the SRS and ABS lights are on but no CEL
4. the Alt. was checked out and is suposed to be okay

So when I jump the car and let it run all of the light slowly dim. The SRS ABS lights come on. Then the car will start to die if you turn on the head lights. When you go for a drive the car will start to miss and the ecu is clicking.

This is a 99 GSX with few mods. ACT 2100, ACT flywhell, vdo boost gauge, all hard IC piping, gredy typeS, intake and open air filter.

i had the same problem 2 weeks ago. i got a rebuilt alt. and i charged my battery on a charger over night and haven't had a problem since. also check your grounds to the battery and everywhere they might not be tight and drianing the battery fast. Alternators are not ment to recharge dead batteries, only ment to keep a charge.
