Wheels from 92+ Laser, the aluminum gold ones with polished lip.

Is it possible to bend/straighten the lip w/out breaking it? Heat and then bend? Anyone has experience in this?

How should I do this?

Dunno about reforming the lip, but the truama that caused it may well have distorted your wheel, making it no longer round. At the tire shop they can tell by watching it spin on the balancing machine--that's what happened to mind, they showed me, & the bent lip was minimal. I have different stock wheels, the swirlies, & to make that one almost balance out, they had to put a ton of weights on both sides of the wheel. Even tho balanced, being out of round effectively makes the axle go up & down with each rev.--so will look for unbent replacement on next junkyard tour.

Look in you yellow pages for a wheel repair shop. I had to have three of the TSW rims on my old civic repaired and they looked as good as new after.

There are not many reputable shops in the usa that can repair wheels the proper way. The place I deal with is here in Va. The name of the the shop is wheel wizard. 804-675-1870 I know its not close but they may be able to tell you someplace closer or you can ship it to them and have it fixed. They do all repairs from small pothole bends to welding and major repairs. The also refinish wheels, paint or powdercoat.
