ECU died on 90 TSI AWD, which year ECU's can replace this? 90-94?

Hey guys,

My ECU died on my 90 TSI AWD. I'm looking on ebay to buy another ECU but which year ECU's can replace my 90? Are all 90-94 TSI AWD 5spds ECU's the same ? Please help. Thanks in advance.
