So 8 months ago, I made one of the best and worst investments of my life: a DSM.
damn stupid moneypit
. Anyways, about 5 months ago, there was complaint that we wanted to do meets but no one took the 'leadership' so I did, because I wanted to know more about the car, about some of the people who drive them, and all that good jazz.
Out of the 4 meets I tried to host, 3 of them I had. One back in March (about 10-15 DSM turn out..if memory serves me right, i believe i counted 12), one in July (only 5 outta 10 showed) and one a few days ago (8 out of the 14 confirmed, 20 possible).
I love setting these thing up, but really, if it's gonna turn out like the last 2, where people don't show up, say they will and make some excuse (legit or just lying), then I don't really wanna do it anymore. It kinda defines you as a person and as how 'loyal' you are to DSM's.
So this is the last one I'm doing (unless 10 or more cars show, which I doubt).
The date will be September 30th (the rain date will be October 16th). There will be 2 places where we will meet up. Miracle Mile and Kings near the intersection of Rt.22 and I-66. Miracle Mile people meet up at 5pm. Kings people meet up at 5:30pm. All the Miracle Mile people wait for about 15 minutes for everyone to show (or chill, whatever works), then we cruise to Kings. We wait there for a bit. Then, we all go to PRP for TNT. If you wanna run, fine. Wanna watch? fine. Wanna hang out wit ## d-bag friends in the Cavis and Civics, fine.
Honestly, I'd like a good bunch of DSM pics before people start garaging their DSM's for winter, maybe a video of the cruise, something cool to post on here about Pixburg!
