Who's car is this?

I need to know who's car this is because apparently it the only 2g talon with fogs kept. I want to find out which intercooler he has, so I can keep my foggys.

Looking through the parts section on here, I'd guess either a Dejon Tool or ADFX FMIC. You can eliminate most options since the bars run vertical on that one and not horizontal as with most FMIC's.
