Please make my rims black - 2gb Eclipse

I was wondering if someone would please make the rims in the below pictures flat black. I have been contemplating on whether I want to get them just powder coated completely flat black, or with a color matched lip. So either chop is welcome.

I also threw in a picture on the custom taillight work i did yesterday. It is vinyl precut tint from ebay and vinyl red i threw on the center piece. It doesnt match perfectly, but I think it looks better than stock and didn't cost an arm and leg.

If someone could also give me 25% tint all around it would be everything I want to do to this car. I just got this car and I still don't know that kind of enkie rims they are. Does anyone know?

Here is a pic with black rims...well, as close as i could get without the rims dissapearing and window tint. Sorry if it is not the best picture, I just got bored and threw it together right quick.
