Yeah, the both the wheels and yellow drum to big disc brakes made a huge difference in the appearance department. (seriously, you painted the whole drum? )

If these rims are anything like 06 SI 5 lugs... The bolt pattern matches, but the hub center is too large and the wheel won't fit properly.
