272s lower compression?

i just installed my cams 272s and now i have lower compression...is that normal also blowing a blue smoke but my turbo has alot of play........

Depends on when your blowing the smoke. My turbo would smoke when I would idle for long periods of time, when I was boosting, and Right after I got out of a shift. I kinda think you might have a bad valve seal. Should be able to open oil cap and listen when you do a boost leak check, or go straight for a leak down test.
