Well we are now getting closer with the Dyno. I decided the wait to get it in my shop was to long so have rented a place about 15min from my shop to run the dyno. Hope to have it working by this weekend.

We are going to start building the ramps tomorrow.

Congrats on the purchase. Sure have come along way since the first time we met in a very short amount of time.

How soon is very soon? Soon enough that my E85 tune may take place on that dyno? Are your tuning rates going to stay the same?

I drive by there multiple times a day, I work just a few minutes from there (right next to Skills Center).

This is Spencer with the Mahle/Eagle and tranny rebuild.

Hope this weekend soon. Will probably be another week till I am totally done down there.

Tunning rates are going to jump now.

Will probably be something like this.

DSM link
200 for new tune + 100 for dyno time so full dyno tune $300 Small retune and fine adj will be around 150-200 there after

S-AFC/MAFT will be $100+100 dyno time so $200 for full dyno tunes

AEM full tune $500+ 200-300 for dyno so around $700-$800 for full AEM Dyno tunes

$200 for base Evo tunes +100 for dyno so $300 for a full Evo Dyno tune. On Evos we add $100 for big injectors, $50 for meth injection.

I will have the pricing more in stone in the next few weeks

I can't believe my self how far we have come in the last few years. I just do my best 1 day at a time and just keep going.

That is all you can do. One day at a time. Well you have our support. We stand together and make this something to remember. We will be telling our kids about how we work with English in his beginning years. Look at Sheppard. Started out kind of the same and now a big hit. What is you next project?? Are you doing a personal car? I know that most of the cars out there are customers cars(you built). :hellyeah:

That is still very good pricing. Are you still coming to Spokane for tuning or should I just trailer my car to you?

How much to tune Maf Pro on the dyno?

The dyno is not in Camas, its in Vancouver off of 112th, continues towards Mill Plain as Chklov. Cork Sport, Cottman Transmission, and Charlies Bar and Grill are some known names in the same complex. Its a nice place.

The pro should be around $200 tune and $100dyno so same as link at $300.

The one thing I have noticed a lot is DSM are never just a tune so unless we did the ground up build it seems like theres around a $100 extra from either boost leak check, pipes popping off, Spark plugs, wires, oil filter coming loose or what ever that we have to deal with while tuning.

I can see that with DSM's. ROFL I just hope I put mine together better then that. I dont feel like paying 1000 for a tune. LOL.

Is then AEM tune more involved due to getting the initial setup done?

You brought back a memory of when my heart sank on the dyno. Will definitly give you credit for building a motor that has lasted through a ton of abuse.

With AEM you have to tune every angel from start to idle to drive. Ware as with link for the most part you get the scaling done and trims right the rest is taken car of for you. On a DSM I would not even think about a AEM till over 500whp. The link/MAF combo makes the same power and once we tune it a normal person can do some tuning. A AEM can get you in trouble real fast and blow the motor if you do not under stand what is gong on.

Well we ran a few cars today.

We'll finish up the small stuff tomorrow but we should be completely ready for the public on Tuesday.

cool.

Are you still gonna do road tunes for small tunes?

Maybe not this coming week but the eek after, I'll take my car to you for the retune, hope is a dry day.

I am going to try and avoid most road tunes if I can.

Will be around $100 and hr and if the dyno is slow and you are messing with stuff maybe something like $10 a pull.

We are running cars now.

Will be running a few next weekend so if any one wants to get a base line for $60 let me know PM or call my cell 360-901-3112

Hope to have all the final touches done by the end of this week.
