Im getting some body work done by a good friend.
But Ill need a full paint job and he is not into that in his shop.

I need a reputable paint shop near everett or the surrounding area.
Full 1999 GSX needs to be painted. Door Jams trunk and engine bay if I can get it.
Black.

Anyone know a shop Ic an look to that wont coast 4 grand?

well not saying you want to do this but maaco will be able to paint your whole car for about $2000 including jambs and stuff with the prep service. engine bay is kinda hard to do with all the motor and stuff in it.

i used to work for maaco and as long as you go with the base coat clear coat paint service you will be happy with it. it will look like a factory paint job with the base coat clear. do not go single stage paint at all!!!!!

I dont want to go cheap,
Im willing to put 1500 to 2000 down.

I want someones shop that is not maco.
to many bad reps.

Looking from someone with a personal experance with a shop that will paint my car for that area.

yeah this is the single stage paint and he will not be happy with it. in the time that i worked there not one person was mad with what they got. also we did about 3 corvettes that turned out awesome.

Shane... what kind of body work did you have done? Is your buddy looking for more work? I need to get some body work done as well. It's pretty much just little stuff, but I do need to get my front bumper fitted and put on.

They are pulling out my rocker and inner rocker, fixing a dent appx 8 inches long on my rear Q, pulling all door peices and replacing my pass door and front bumper.

A dsm friend of mine works at a body shop on 99.
Ill let you know how their work is.

They will match and paint my passenger side and front bumper for 300 to my stock silver,
but I want black.

So I dont know what to do.
