Hahn Stage 2 turbho system has me totally stumped

So anyone here have the hahn stage 2 setup?? I am having some issues with mone and i can't for the life of me figure it out.... my fuel pressure pulses even after i did the fuel pump rewire... i get a stutter at around 2500 rpms and then it goes away the second you here the turbo start to spool.... I have been through everything and can't figure it out any help would be awesome... I love my car but am ready to blow it up.....

Hey I'll PM you in a sec with my phone number, I'm not sure how far ortiing is from seattle, but if its not that far, I might be able to make the trip to help you out depending on work.

I don't think the fuel pump rewire is the problem exactly, I'd say as long as you followed the directions listed in the kit you should be golden. To me it sounds like your just not used to the noboost to boost transition. But i could be wrong. Call hahn themselves they are great for customer service.

Also, did you use the FCD and the cartech FPR with the kit? The reason i ask is because they both REALLY REALLY suck, you might want to try out the missing link, and maybe a better fuel pressure reg. I also might be able to come help out this weekend. I used to own a 420a-t and so i might be able to help some if you havent already figured it out.

Im still trying to figure it out .. I talked to hahn tech support and they said replace the shim in the FPR... Then i put it all back together and it did the same thing so i called them back and now i have to measure the two ports to make sure its on the right way ... and not knowing much about what i am looking at makes it alittle hard to do.....

Trust me man, trash the FPR, it will let you down every time.

I figured it out i measured the inport and outport and found out my cousin out it on backwards thats what we get huh??? i would get a different FPR but right now money is tied up with 2 kids and christmas and i have to do a few upgrades to this 2000 nissan i have...

Just Jet hot the manifold, I know a place that will do it cheap out in Spanaway...sorry for bringing the thread back from the dead...

yeah the name of it is called Ken's Powdercoating, and the number is 253-847-9431...basically jet hot is ceramic coating and the stuff they use is like jet hot, but its called techline coating. You can look them up online too. Just to put it in to perspective, I got my Megan O2 eliminator Downpipe coated w/ their 1200 exhaust gas/ 1600 heat coat and my heat shield coated for like $55 or so out the door. I also got my O2 housing done for like $27 out the door, w/ their 1600 gas/ 2100 heat coating...and that would be the one that they would do on your manifold. you would have to take your manifold off and it wouldn't take too long to have it coated, they do them on Fridays, but they cook it at 550 degrees for 2 hours and then it final cures while on your car once it reaches 750 degrees for an hour I believe? So that is kind of a run down. The owners are Ken...obvously and Sharon, his wife and they are awesome people to deal w/ and they get you a pretty good estimate of what it would cost. After I took my stuff there the first time, I didnt ask for a price the second time, b/c i know they do good work and they price well too. They also do powdercoat too, so they can do anything basically! Good luck and let me know if you get it done and just tell them that someone recommended you to them, but you don't have to use my name, b/c it's not like it matters, just so they know, people are spreading the word, even though they have been doing it for years and years!
